Workaround for Printer Error / Cannot Install
If you cannot install the printer normally, follow these steps to install it manually using a TCP/IP connection.
Manual Installation Steps:

Open Printer Installation Settings
- Go to Control Panel → Devices and Printers → Add a Printer.
- Click The printer that I want isn’t listed.

Use TCP/IP Protocol for Installation
- Select Add a printer using an IP address or hostname, then click Next.
- In the Device type field, select TCP/IP Device.
- Enter the IP address: 192.168.4.14.
- Click Next.

Configure Additional Port Information
- When prompted for additional port information, choose Custom, then click Next.
- Under Protocol, select LPR.
- In LPR Settings, enter Queue name: awms.
- Click OK, then Next.

Select Printer Driver
- When the Printer Driver page appears, select:
FujiFilm – FF Multi-Model Print Driver.
- Click Next.

Name the Printer
- Enter a Printer Name as required, then click Next.

Configure Printer Sharing
- When prompted, select Do not share this printer, then click Next.

Set Up Job Accounting
- Configure your Job Accounting settings as required.
Once completed, the printer should be installed and ready for use.
