Windows 10 Sign In option not working

For windows laptop issued to staff, sign in option is randomly working on some laptop and some don't. Windows join laptop will face this issue and non join domain laptop will definitely not be having this issue. The following solutions to enable the sign in options have been tested on Dell Latitude 5420 running windows 10.

Windows KEY + R to open Run
Enter:gpedit.msc
[Local Computer Policy] > [Computer Configuration] > [Administrative Templates] > [System] > [Logon] > [Turn on convenience PIN sign-in] : ENABLED
Restart Laptop
